Since 1976, Norman Goodfellows has been South Africa’s trusted liquor specialist with stores in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and the Garden Route. Beyond retail, they offer an extensive B2B food and beverage distribution service, becoming one of South Africa’s leading full-service hospitality distributors.

While previous efforts focused primarily on driving sales, our approach centred on telling the Norman Goodfellows brand story and deepening customer loyalty. By highlighting both retail stores and warehouse operations, we set out to create authentic, online connections between viewers and staff – relationships that could seamlessly translate into real-life interactions.


We also produced on-location shoots for key wineries in their portfolio, showcasing the wines and the people behind them through compelling, story-driven content.
